Cancellation Policy

Sonterra House of Fades Barbershop Policy Sonterra House of Fades is a private, appointment-only grooming studio built around respect, preparation, and a premium client experience. To protect every client’s time and keep the experience smooth, please review the studio policy before booking. Appointments All services are by appointment only. Booking ahead allows each client to receive a focused, private experience without being rushed. Please arrive on time and ready for your service. Late Arrivals A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be allowed. After 10 minutes, the appointment may need to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day. If the remaining time is not enough to complete the service properly, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation. Cancellations and Rescheduling Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows the time slot to be offered to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-call, no-show appointments may be charged up to the full service amount and may require prepayment for future bookings. No-Call, No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without notice, it affects the flow of the day and prevents another client from booking that time. Repeated no-call, no-show appointments may result in limited booking access or require full prepayment before future appointments are accepted. Payments Payment is due at the time of booking. Accepted payment options may include card, cash, or approved digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change based on service type, added services, or extended time required. Service Adjustments The goal is for every client to leave confident in their cut. If something needs to be adjusted, please reach out within 24 hours of your appointment. Health and Safety If you are sick, experiencing symptoms, or have a contagious scalp or skin condition, please reschedule your appointment. Services may be refused or paused. Photos and Content Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please mention it before the service begins.
